You'll bask in an upgraded, clean, and comfy ground floor villa with all the amenities you desire and located closest to the convention center and right beside the pedestrian bridge for a very quick walk to the beach, lagoon pool, Oceans restaurant and more. Enjoy all that Edgewater offers you want when you want but return to peace and quiet in the evenings with no elevators or stairs to delay your fun. We think it's the most ideally located villa at Edgewater offering you all you need for a memorable beach trip. But don't just take our word for it: "This condo was amazing. The Sand Dollar Villa features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and beach decor that is perfect for enjoying the 3rd best beach town in the US (according to Southern Living) and the Emerald Coast's white sand beaches (voted one of the top 10 MUST SEE in the world). There is plenty of living space in our carpet-free, remodeled and upgraded villa. The living area offers ample comfortable seating, ceiling fan, a dining area, and a stylish bar. A 52" smart TV adorns the wall with HD service. The remodeled full-size kitchen is equipped with all appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils as well as a blender, toaster, crockpot, and Keurig duo coffee pot. Also for your convenience: a new, full sized washer/dryer. And we provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products like toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. The large master bedroom features a king-size bed, new flat-screen smart TV with HD and streaming channels, ceiling fan, patio access, separate vanity, a remodeled ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower featuring an amazing rain shower head, plus a big walk-in closet. The guest bedroom features a queen-size bed and a full-size bed, smart TV with HD service with streaming channels, ceiling fan, and access to the 2nd full bathroom has had a complete facelife and features a tiled surround shower/bath combo with a barn door style glass slider. A queen sleeper sofa has been equipped with a high-quality, memory-foam mattress that is super comfortable (really!). Our patio features swivel bar stools with a tall table plus two Adirondack rockers to enjoy the golf course and green space where kids can stretch their legs and check out the many turtles in the pond (after golfing hours). From here, you can see you are just steps to the Resort's pedestrian bridge that leads to the beach, lagoon pool, and more. A seasonally heated pool (gets no lower than 84 degrees) is located just steps from our front door, and the Resort's convention center and clubhouse are right across the street. This golf villa will comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests—it's the perfect spot to be near all you want yet get away when ready. Pets/ESA are not allowed. Perfectly located between Front Beach Rd and Middle Beach Rd, guests can access any of the fantastic restaurants, water parks, grocery stores and more and avoid the traffic of getting there. We're less than 5 miles to Pier Park, located just west of the Thomas Drive and Front Beach Rd intersection. Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, sushi, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway, Waffle House, and Taco Bell. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $200 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking or parties allowed. Séjour de 4 nuits en mai 2021 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Melinda D. 15 févr. 2021 Points forts : Propreté #### Perfect location to stay in PCB We took a short trip to Panama City Beach last weekend, and I found this villa to be absolutely ideal. We love Edgewater Resort but hate dealing with beach elevators so this ground floor villa was awesome. We parked right at the door. The location is super close to the beach, big pool and restaurant, but it was quiet and peaceful on the golf course. The comfy patio furniture was perfect to sit outside, and the pool nearest the villa was heated so the kids loved that. Inside is beautiful. You can tell the owners take pride in having an updated and clean condo for guests. It was plenty big for 7 of us, and the new kitchen was perfect for the meals we made there. The beds are very comfortable (a must on vacation!). If you haven't been to Edgewater, it's the best resort. Having a restaurant by the big pool is so convenient but there are also several right across the street that we walked to as well (Megan was always quick to respond to our questions and gave us great restaurant recommendations). PCB is our go-to beach, and we will absolutely stay at this condo again. Highly recommend! ##### Melinda D. Séjour de 4 nuits en octobre 2019 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Darrith R. 24 avr. 2019 #### Perfection! Quiet, beautiful, clean! Last minute trip traveling with my mother who has mobility issues. Ground floor Villa was beautifully decorated in a neat bright beachy style. It was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Check in was a breeze and the owner is amazing and went completely out of her way to make it smooth as this was last minute trip. Everything is well thought out. The kitchen even has a recipe book of homemade favorites! There was a book of local restaurant menus. The beds are plush and comfortable (I am healing from a broken back and I slept like a baby). Private patio overlooking golf course and pond was lovely. A causeway over front Beach road lets you walk to the beach safely but the added tram can deliver you there without the walk. The lagoon pool was gorgeous but the hot tubs every where and 9 other pools just added icing! Did I mention golf, and tennis? Yep there is that too. Also jetskis to rent. There is even a great onsite restaurant. There's activities and restaurants within walking distance of the villa too or jump in the car for a short ride to pier park. Best of all it is in a safe gated community so you are assured to have a quiet and relaxing vacation. ##### Darrith R.
