All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. A flat fee of $20 is charged for parking and wristbands for all members of the party for any length of time. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. Housekeeping was unable to fix washer so brown water remained in it. I had to call Maintenance which had to sit fire extinguisher on washing machine for it to work because lack was broken.
