This newly renovated 2BR + bunk, 3BA condo sleeps 8 and offers stunning Gulf views from a private balcony. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, in-unit laundry, and access to a lagoon-style pool, spa, fitness center, tiki bars, and private beach access. Centrally located near Pier Park, Pineapple Willy's, and PCB's best attractions—everything you need for a perfect beachfront stay! Relax on the private balcony, enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, and take advantage of resort amenities like the lagoon-style pool, hot tubs, and private beach access. Primary Renter Requirements: The primary renter must be at least 21 years old and stay in the unit throughout the reservation. Guests may be required to present valid ID upon arrival or during their stay. Renting for another party is strictly prohibited. We spent a majority of our time on the beach and the access was very easy. We enjoyed being on the top floor, and the elevators honestly weren’t too bad. I had asked before I booked the place if we could have one extra guest and they said it was ok and I could go ahead and book. I double checked before checking in that there would be the correct number of wristbands and they said they would be ready for us on the counter. We were missing a wristband and I emailed about this and they said they do not remember communicating about allowing an extra guest and asked me to send proof. After I sent screenshots of the messages they never answered my email. I even emailed again the next day because we still needed the extra wristband and they never responded. We had to buy an extra wristband, which wasn’t the end of the world but I wish they would have answered my emails. ##### Abigayle R.
