Resort-Style Amenities Welcome to unit 811, our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom renovated condo at the Shores of Panama Resort. Enjoy the beautiful Ocean view from the master bedroom with a king size bed and a full private bathroom, complete with a closet, a large dresser and a bench with additional storage. When you are not looking out the window to the ocean, the master comes with a smart TV for your entertainment. The second bedroom comes with a set of bunkbeds, a closet, a dresser and a private bathroom. The living room comes with a queen size sleeper sofa with a stunning view of the ocean and a smart TV. The dining table seats 6, and there are an additional 4 on the breakfast bar. This condo sleeps 6 comfortably. The kitchen is complete with new stainless-steel appliances (full size fridge with ice maker, ceramic top range, microwave, dishwasher). The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, dinnerware, glassware, cooking and baking pots and pans as well as small appliances for your convenience to create delicious home cooked meals. The newly updated condo features new furniture inside and outside. The large balcony has a 3-seat sofa, a dining table and lounge chair, so you can enjoy the expansive view of the Gulf of Mexico right from the comfort of your balcony. This condo is beautifully decorated, comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need. There is covered parking on the 8th floor just steps from the unit. The Condo was decorated very nice. There are something’s that need updating in the condo. But for the price and location you couldn’t beat it. There are tons of bad reviews about the elevators and while they're not great, we did fine taking the stairs when going down and only riding them up to ease congestion. The condo had updated appliances/TVs/kitchenware, a nice living space and great patio/patio furniture, but the beds really need to be updated. I chose this property because of the large pool for my kids who are 8,5,&3. They loved it!!! But the pool and beach were so crowded it was hard to enjoy at times. At times there was a longer than average wait on the elevators also. If you stay here, get on a different lunch and dinner schedule than everyone else on the property or you will be waiting on elevators or stuck in the parking deck. Apr 22, 2025 Liked: Check-in, location Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy #### Glad I didn’t go for the room We timely received instructions to get in condo. We were arriving about 45 minutes early. Reached out to see if we could enter early NEVER received a response - not even a NO. Everything in the room was the cheapest of cheap. The oven didn’t work. There was a toaster oven in its place. The beach towels were so thin we had to go to Walmart and buy new. We saw the ones in the room at Walmart they were 4.98. The description stated that body soap and shampoo provided What was provided were 2 sample sets not enough for entire week for a family of 3. The bedding was cheap. The towels were stained and thin. However the most disgusting were the throw pillows. They were a lite tan and you could see the dirt on them. They were filthy. The condo itself had a lot of security which was nice. Also, the location is great walking distance to Walmart and restaurants. However I will NEVER stay in this specific condo again the description is very misleading. this is not the first time I have rented a condo but this has been by far the worst place we have ever stayed. ##### NiCale R. Called the local contact and she was there within a half an hour! She made it very clear that if we needed anything she'd be at our service. The location of this unit was ideal. Indoor parking space was a only a few steps away as was the elevator. This made our trips to the beach a breeze. Check in was smooth and efficient. Walmart is within walking distance. We hope to return to this unit in the future. If I must say something wasn't perfect: The mattresses could be updated. Oh yeah: The refrigerator. Sep 22, 2023 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Wonderful Girls Getaway weekend! We rented Thur thru Sun so we could arrive late Thur & have two full days on the beach. When we got there at 12:30am we found the condo hadn’t been cleaned after the last renters left. I called Barbara, the property manager and was sho Med & as upset as we were. She was on site within 30 minutes and began cleaning the unit herself all the while apologizing. We didn’t get to bed until the wee hours but the unit was spotless. We all sleep well, got down to the beautiful beach for to amazing days in the sun. When I contact the owner she quickly refunded the cleaning fee Thursdays rent. We were very happy with the amazing service & unit. We would come again & highly recommended it. ##### sandy w.
