We have came to Panama City for family vacation for YEARS! We have stayed at tons of different condos, and this by far was the WORST! It’s definitely in our list of do not stay at again. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with nasty attitudes from stay trying to figure out how to check in. Parking and fees cost us almost 120 for two vehicles, which we found out we didn’t have an actual parking spot but had to ride the parking deck that is extremely tight and find a “yellow” spot to park which was a nightmare! Our room recked of smoke/animals as soon as we opened the door. We immediately had to pickup trash out of the floor, and I don’t mean small pieces of trash but tags from clothes, a hair towel box, money, and plastic. We have a one year old so we had to do this very quickly! There was cigarette. “guts” on the bedside table of the master bedroom and not to mention the kitchen counters were disgusting. There was a broken mirror under the bed. I immediately contacted guest services and they said the property manager would be in touch. We couldn’t sit at the table because the legs were so wobbly. I didn’t hear from anyone until the next day when they sent someone up to vacuum which only stirred the smell up again. It has cracks and holes in the walls, the kitchen cabinet covers were falling off. Carpet throughout the condo that felt salty and not very clean… it didn’t come with all of the extras like toys in the closet for the kiddos or washing powders and had cheap soaps and hand wash. Usually they have all of that when it’s owned by a person and not a rental company. We had small children and it didn’t have a dead bolt for them to not escape being we had two kids that sleep walk and the balcony wouldn’t lock at all so it was hard to get sleep without thinking they may slide out of both doors. ##### Claire T.
