Spring break destination!

The place was super ideal, very clean and lots of stuff around it. Cort gave us all the details, where good restaurants were and where the fun was! Super comfy and all the necessary appliances- pots, pans, silverware, etc. 10/10 stay!

Comfortable and Clean

We truly enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the views of the pool and the gulf. We did not have any issues waiting for elevators; it’s a big building, so you have to know you may need to share the elevators.

The Condo was nice had all you needed. The kids had alot of fun at the pool and the beach. Easy walk to Pineapple Willy's. The parking garage and elevators were the only issues. But room and property were great.

Beautiful Condo!!! Gorgeous views & great location!

The condo building itself is just stunning! The pool area is beautiful! It's as your at some resort right by the ocean! Loved how clean the entire property is and how safe and secure it is. The property is very well maintained, the condo unit that we stayed in was very clean and beautiful! Our balcony views were amazing!!! The condo unit manager was very helpful and quickly responded to any questions that we had. Highly recommend the Shores of Panama!!!!

Great property but annoying management

We stayed here for a week and enjoyed all aspects of the unit. The only issue was the property rules and management. It felt like you being watched constantly which was uncomfortable and weird!

Overall excellent on location and amenities! Elevators not so much!

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was right there so we didn’t have to travel much at all! Beach was the best I’ve ever been too! Loved that we could do a lot of activities right from the beach! The water pressure wasn’t the best. The beds were not comfortable at all. The elevators were at least a 45 minute wait during busy times of the day. But overall we had a really good vacation!

Review

All of the bed sheets and towels smelled very musty. I had to go buy new sheets from target. When I took the sheets off the mattress pad was completely yellow and dirty. The ladder to the bunk bed was broken with screws hanging out. The bunk room closet is not accessible due to the ladder being in the way. The price for the stay was decent, but the property needs major work.

Spring Break ‘24

Overall the condo was clean and met our expectations, and the view was amazing! We experienced a few minor inconveniences, such as there were no oven mitts for taking hot items out of the oven, and there was no hand soap at all in one bathroom and almost nothing left in the bottle in the other bathroom, we had to take the pump top off and pour it out to use it. I planned to bring all my own toiletries and laundry soap, but I expected at least hand soap would be provided. The area around the hotel was super busy with traffic making it not worth the effort most of the time to take the car out so we ended up walking most places. We went during spring break, so this is likely not an issue during less busy times of the year. And as stated in other reviews, be prepared to wait awhile for the elevators, especially at the times where everyone is going to or coming back from the pool/beach.

Nice condo with killer view, but…

The condo is very nice. The open floor plan is ideal for taking in the views. Big TV and love the huge couch. Has what you need, but would be nice if they supplied pool/beach towels and/or some beach supplies (i.e. wagon, toys, etc.). The view from the 21st floor, as you can imagine, is great. Beaches are great—powdery white sand. Pool and tiki bar were awesome—great drinks & really nice big shallow section that was great for the kids, and adults! BUT, the elevator situation is a major problem. Not enough elevators for the number of units—waited up to 45 minutes at one point. Also, this particular unit does not have a dedicated parking spot, so during busy times you may be told that you have to pay to park 1/2 mile down the street a walk back to the condo. Fortunately this only happened to us once, but was frustrating nonetheless to not have a dedicated spot. The property manager, Cort, was very responsive/kind whenever we had questions/issues.

Great Condo/Awful Building

The condo was wonderful! Beautiful, clean, and incredible views. Communication with the owner was easy and accommodating. The Shores Building on the other hand..... We will never stay here again. The buildings welcomes you with its 13 story parking deck that is always slap full and makes finding parking a nightmare if you only have yellow spots to choose from. We found ourselves on three occasions waiting in traffic for 45minutes just to exit the deck. Next nightmare is the the 4 elevators that the building has for the entire building. On average once you park it will be another 25 minutes till your able to reach your room by elevator. You can always take the stairs up to the 21st floor which we did a few times when the elevators were broken or showing heavy load and we were tired of waiting. So on average when leaving it would take us 20-30 minutes between elevators and parking deck to leave the property and coming in it would take us between 30-60minutes to get to our room. Like I said the condo is incredible but the building made us never want to come back. Also don't be baited by the pool which is incredible. The pool and beach seemed to be standing room only due to this place having so many rooms. If you like a beautiful clean condo and don't mind long waits and no personal space whenever you leave your room this place is for you.

Treasure.

From watching the dolphins play overlooking the spacious balcony to enjoying the largest pool I’ve yet to see at any resort - this is A treasure. Please if you come, show respect and treat this place as your own. Amazing owners and contact is grade A
