We were also really impressed with how responsive and helpful Christy with Warren Beach Rentals was when we needed help with a parking pass for our accessibility trailer we use to haul our son’s equipment. The unit is pristine and likely the cleanest vrbo we have stayed in. The beds were all comfortable, and the unit was spacious and well appointed. What REALLY sets this unit apart is the views and the privacy, located in a low key area with no highrises nearby, the beach was never crowded, and we were close to all of the best things we love to do in PCB. I cannot say enought about this condo, its spectacular in every way and a MUST GO for anyone considering. Thank you to the Warren Beach Rentals staff for making this trip wonderful. Aug 8, 2023 #### Our New Favorite Beach Spot Our family had an amazing time at Grande Surf. The condo is spacious, comfortable, well equipped and on the quieter end of PCB. We had no issues with parking. The best parts by far were the incredible view from the balcony and living room and the low density of the complex. The pool was never crowded. We never had to wait on the elevator. The beach never felt crowded. We cannot wait to come back to Grande Surf. Warren Beach Rentals were also a pleasure to book with. ##### Trent S. It was clean and everything was nice. Beds could use an update they were very hard. Parking was difficult because they were doing some painting on the outside of the building and they blocked off so many parking spots we had no where to park. Other than those few issues our stay was effortless. We had issues with our door code when we arrived but they returned our call quickly and it was our mistake. ##### Tiffany S. We had some difficulties using elevator when arrived. Other people were given code also but when using code wouldn’t work. Other person called mgr. No code needed. Just manually push buttons. \* but obviously that has nothing to do with unit. Daily military jet flyovers, which we enjoyed watching. Beautiful beach. May 8, 2024 Liked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy #### On the Fence The negatives: the property was not very clean, the water jets in the master bath were gross, there was a paper towel with used coffee grounds in the coffee pot, the gate code did not work, the master bed was uncomfortable, the bunk beds were not good (too small) for my tiny teenage girls, the neighborhood was loud and intense, and there was a lot of mold on the patio furniture, especially the only padding on one of the lounges. The positives: the a/c worked great, the balcony view was amazing, the location was close to many nice places in town, the bed was nice in the third bedroom, and the living room furniture was very comfortable. ##### Amanda R. We really loved our stay at this place. It was clean. And even the sheets were very nice. The check in was the best, the communication was good too. We really loved the beach. This area is slow and relatively quiet, perfect for families with small children. The only complaint is for the kitchen pots and pans. The pots and pans seemed to be 'dollar store' quality gone bad... For family like ours, we did most of the cooking at home, so that was a bit stressful. And the knifes.... just go buy yourself one good one. Tea kettle was broken, but the management got a new one for us the next day. But I didn't think they'd change all of the pans and pots... although, we didn't ask. But, besides that, the place was really nice, and clean, which was a pleasant surprise for us. ##### Natasha G. Mar 6, 2024 #### Great Stay I will give Warren Beach Rentals a five star rating! We have stayed in PCB several times and have had bad experiences with management companies. WBR provided great customer service and was always quick to respond to any of our small issues. The condo views are unbeatable. The pictures are very accurate. We especially liked the fact that the condo is small in size and feels very private. The location to St. Andrews Park was perfect. The beach (always beautiful) seems much more quiet than the beaches in front of the mega unit condos in the area. We had a couple of small issues when we first arrived. When reported, the issues were solved immediately and without question. My only negative was that we were charged 2 cleaning fees for a 2 month stay. When I questioned this charge I was told that policy no longer exists but was in place at the time I booked. I have booked through WBR for next year and was not charged 2 fees so I’m glad they changed this policy. The condo kitchen was well supplied with good quality dishes and pots and pans. The appliances seemed new and of good quality. The furniture shows a bit of age and the decor a bit outdated but again was as pictured. I would stay here again, no questions. ##### Carolyn A. Sep 29, 2025 #### Beautiful and relaxing! The condo was beautiful and very clean and spacious. Perfect for our group of four, down celebrating our friends birthday. Location is fantastic, as there are not a lot of units in the building, so the beach is not overcrowded. Had an A/C issue and it was handled very quickly. We are planning out next trip already.
