Drop your bags in the bedroom and slide open those glass doors leading out onto your balcony - mix up a cocktail and relax for a while, youā€™re on vacation! Inside, this condo is set up for your convenience. Thereā€™s a well-equipped, full kitchen with all the appliances, perfect for prepping simple meals or snacks for the beach. Dine together at the window-front table or grab one of the barstools to keep it casual. Spend the day on the sand or exploring all that PCB has to offer, from golf to shopping, to state parks and loads of nearby restaurants and bars. If youā€™d like to stay closer to home, there are shared pools and tennis courts available for your use. When you return in the evening, the cozy living area is the perfect place to watch a little TV. Leave those curtains open on your wall of Gulf-view windows and watch night fall over the water. And donā€™t forget to step back outside and admire the stars before bed. Things to Know Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 7. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Please improve cleaning. - There's just one closet in this unit and is full of junk. There's also junk under bed and dresser. Great location and views. There was a disclaimer that there was construction going on, but please be more specific when you say, some amenities might be closed to be more specific, and say, most amenities will be closed and be more specific, by saying the whole east building of Sunbird is under construction and no balconies can be used And your entire building is under construction and the entire building will be being worked on while you’re staying there. The construction was extremely annoying. Thankful we only had one rain day and we were stuck in the condo and we had to listen to their construction and their electric tools reverberating through the entire building . So, watching any TV or listening to anything was near impossible. We had construction men going past our balcony doors and windows, every day construction started at 8 AM every day but Sunday. To get to the beach we had to walk through a construction zone. Two out of the three pools were shut down, and the workout room was shut down , we were threatened to be evicted because when we got there, we went out onto the balcony. We did not know and were not informed that we were not to go on our balcony. From what I understand most of the rooms I guess had wooden bars and signs in their window, which we did not. We did go out onto the balcony Friday night and came home from dinner that night to have a security guard, threatening to evict us because we had gone out onto the balcony . ##### leigh w. Elevators were very fast and available. Did not use any of the three pools, but they appeared clean and well maintained. Must walk through pool area to access beach (note: you must use # after entering gate code). Xfinity Internet worked well, but I do not believe cable TV is available. Rokus at both Living room and bedroom, but neither Roku would work TV in bedroom. Some remotes did not have batteries. Dishwasher is broken and cannot be used.
