Step out your great room door and enjoy your coffee and croissant on the covered main patio while watching the turtles, birds and fish in the large pond right outside. There's ample seating for everyone! Your kitchen is well equipped so you can enjoy cooking a gourmet meal or a quick lunch, breakfast, or an on-the-go snack. As you walk into the en-suite private main bath you will find a large single vanity. After a long day at the beach you are sure to enjoy rinsing off in the shower/tub combo and drying off with the fluffy high-quality bathroom towels provided with your rental. The second full bathroom is located off the hallway and is perfect for those guests sleeping on the sleeper sofa. This bathroom has a single vanity, a walk in shower and is great when everyone is rushing around to get ready to go out for the evening! Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters.
