This beautiful condo is ideally located near many attractions and great restaurants so you can make the most out of your stay in Panama City Beach. Take relaxing strolls along the white sand beaches or go for a swim in the shimmering waters. PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY Parking passes are required for all cars and are $25/car, but we will reimburse you for the first parking pass. Details will be included in the check-in instructions. Guests are required to register their vehicles at the community office. All guests are required to purchase visitor wristbands from the community office at $20/guest. These allow you access to all amenities and beach access throughout your stay and must be collected from the community offices located on Horizon Drive near the pools and tennis courts. You will be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. You were one of the most responsive and considerate hosts I’ve stayed with, and we really appreciated that. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but a few cleanliness issues stood out — the bathtub in back bedroom had stains, there was sand in one of the bunk beds, the kitchen counters were sticky, and the trash can had an odor with no extra bags. The dishwasher also had a strong smell, so we weren’t able to use it. With a little extra housekeeping, this place could be a fantastic stay. ##### Charissa S.
