On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. The facilities all work well (laundry and dishwasher) and the house was very comfortable. Two of our party walked to the beach multiple times while we were there for 3 weeks and the location is great. Would have liked to have more sheets,towels,hand towels, and pillows but was overall a great place to stay at. Only thing I will say is if you bring a dog you will have to walk them down the street for the nearest grass area to potty.
