Located on the 17th floor - you have a gorgeous panoramic Gulf View from both the family room and the master bedroom. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit. Guests will not be allowed on property if there is not someone 25 or older with them at the time of their arrival. This vacation rental features: Primary Bedroom with a king-sized bed and ensuite bath (Sleeps 2) Guest Bedroom with two queen-sized beds (Sleeps 4) Sofa Bed in the living room area (Sleeps 2) Maximum Guest Occupancy: 8 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.) We have a highchair as well as a pack-and-play in the unit for guest use. Please bring your own sheet for the pack-and-play, as we do not provide them. Prepare meals in the spacious kitchen with plenty of newly renovated cabinets, granite counter tops, new stainless-steel appliances, with seating for 4-5 people at the counter, with all amenities ranging from a 6-bottle wine cooler and blender to top-end cutlery and flatware. For your convenience, the Condo comes with a large utility room equipped with a large new capacity washer and dryer and many other conveniences. Boardwalk Resort Access: Each booking includes one vehicle pass and up to 8 wristbands. Children age 6 and under do not require wristbands.
