Shores of Panama Welcome to “Sea and Ski” at The Shores of Panama!. This is a rare unit in the complex with direct, gulf-front views with a private, unobstructed view of the beach. The floor plan consists of one bedroom, plus a bunk area with two full baths. The unit has been recently renovated and adorned with contemporary coastal furnishings and decor. This unit puts you smack dab in the middle of all the action in Panama City Beach with tremendous amenities within a short distance. Please note: Shores of Panama, the exterior is currently under construction. Some unit balconies may be affected during construction. The construction is from the hours of 8am to 5pm Monday-Saturday. You may hear construction noise from inside the condo, Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm. The Shores of Panama is a coastal resort located on the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico and in the heart of Panama City Beach, well known for incredible amenities: 13,965 square foot lagoon pool, an indoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, fitness center, two tiki bars, and beachfront activities. Once inside you the primary bedroom is right off the entry and includes a comfortable king bed and ensuite bathroom. The unit has been recently updated with modern considerations: oak luxury vinyl plank flooring, stainless appliances, and plush coastal furnishings. Further down the hallway, there is a recessed bunk area with an ensuite full bathroom. Just outside the bunk area there is a closet with a stackable/ front loaded washer and dryer for any laundry needs that arise. The floor plan continues to an open concept kitchen and living area with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. This is a rare floor plan at Shores of Panama that has direct facing views of the Ocean.
