From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. Icemaker did not work and we had to have the kitchen faucet replaced as it leaked badly. TVs were not hooked up in the bedrooms and the front bedroom had a constant VERY load noise that made it impossible to sleep. One of the bedrooms cosets was inaccessible. ##### debra b. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and the place were great. One of the rooms didn't have air conditioning, and we were there in July. When we called for help, we were told no one could get there until the morning. Morning came and no one was there to fix the air conditioning. I texted the number again to ask for help. I didn't receive a response. When we came back in the evening, a fan was placed in the room with no air conditioning. I still didn't get any response from the texts that were sent. There was no apology or contact made. this was really frustrating. The location was great, but the customer service poor. ### 8/10 Good #### Jeannie J. Oct 17, 2025 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy The view was absolutely breathtaking. The condo was insanely spacious and cozy. The master has a gorgeous view, wonderful jacuzzi tub, and huge shower. The beds are a tad uncomfortable, but not too bad. The only issue we had was it wasn't the cleanest property. Had to come in and clean. I feel thaf was the cleaning companies error, not the owner.The property does need some TLC, but the spaciousness and the view make up for it. ##### Jeannie J.
