With a shared 12,000-square-foot outdoor lagoon pool, central A/C, and inviting living spaces, this property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Guests can play foosball, ping pong, and shuffleboard in the garage, all while enjoying a townhome designed for convenience and relaxation. The Space: Location perks: Alys Beach (0.3 miles), Rosemary Beach Main Street (0.6 miles), Camp Helen State Park (2.3 miles), Pier Park (10.9 miles) Interior: — Kitchen (Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, toaster oven, cooking utensils, tableware) — 4 Smart TVs (65” in living room) — Free WiFi — Central heat and A/C — Washer and dryer — 1850 sq. ft. The shared driveway is available for loading and unloading only. Pool access requires check-in with Seacrest Beach guest services for wristbands. The Neighborhood: Rosemary Beach is known for its charming streets, boutique shops, and a wide range of dining options. Enjoy the serene white-sand beaches or explore nearby trails and parks. For families, there are plenty of activities including bike rentals, paddleboarding, and local events. Getting Around: This property is located within walking distance of beaches and restaurants. Parking is limited, but bike rentals are a popular and convenient way to explore the area. The West portion of the island does not have public bus stops but there is a seasonal tram to take to the beach. Other Things to Note: There are 2 security cameras. This duplex was a lot of fun for my family of four and parents to stay at! Great location, fairly walkable area, close to the huge pool, not far from the beach (also very walkable), and good shopping either a slightly longer walk or really short drive away. The beaches were in wonderful shape as expected and even though they were a bit crowded some days (late May and early June), spending a little extra to reserve chairs through La Dolce Vita was worth it. We really liked having a garage for our car to keep it out of the sun and rain. My kids loved the place too -- plenty of space for the two of them to play without getting in the way of the four adults. Kitchen and living room space was good for our party of 6. ##### Adam M. The property was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed and more. The garage was also very helpful for the days that it rained.
