Our modern, coastal chic interior has unobstructed views of the ocean AND a coastal dune lake. It's a dream home for a family or a group to get away and relax. This gorgeous beach house is right across the street from the gulf. Hang out all day at the beach or a quick drive to the shops and restuarants at Pier Park or 30A. This rare gem has everything you need for an unforgettable stay on PCB! The House: \-Located directly across the street from a private, dedicated beach with unobstructed ocean views. The back of the house is on a coastal dune lake with unobstructed views. We are easily accessible by Uber (takes about 5 minutes fro an Uber to show up) Almost everything is within a short drive of Panama Jane's. 1 minute to local favorites (Thomas Donuts and Ice Cream, Sunnyside Grille, The Carousel Grocery Store, Publix and Winn Dixie). 5 minutes to Pier Park and all it shops, attractions and restaurants (Target, WalMart, World Market, Dick's Sporting Goods, Margaritaville, Five Guys, Old Navy, Longhorn, Olive Garden). 10 minutes to 30A (Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside & Watercolor). 15 minutes to the east end of Panama City Beach (Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum, Wonder Works, Club La Vela and Dolphin Cruises). 20 minutes to Panama City International Airport. 30 minutes to Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Guest Access: At Panama Jane's our guests have access to the entire house as well as all of the porches and side yard. The guests will also have access to the community amenities such as the pool overlooking the lake, the fire pit and a private beach access point. Other things to note: There is plenty of room for parking. The driveway can fit four cars. There is a kitchenette on the ground floor right inside from the screened in porch. A shuffle board will provide hours of family fun. Every piece of furniture in the home was purchased and installed in January of 2021 and was done by a local interior decorator. The kitchen was outfitted by a hard core cook and provides you with anything you might need. The mail floor family room has a 65" television and a fireplace for cool nights. You have use of the entire house, community pool, private beach, fire pit and lake. I am available by phone to help you with anything that you might need. Residential neighborhood but close to shops, restaurants and other attractions. The gulf, public beach and private beach are right outside the front door. Plenty of room for our crew. Loved that they had a pack and play and high chair! Super helpful. Super easy access to the beach. One minute walk down the side walk path and then another 30 seconds through the sand and youre at the water! It’s directly across the street but it’s so close it was so easily accessible. The traffic wasn’t bad so extremely safe to cross and the sidewalk path to the beach was directly across from the house. We typically like being directly ON the beach but this wasn’t bad at all. It is a 3 story home so there are two flights of stairs to climb for the top floor (3 of the bedrooms up there) but we just looked at it as an opportunity for a little extra needed exercise! House was clean, beds were comfortable, and was stocked with all the essentials! The kitchenette in the master bedroom on the top floor was a huge plus for us and also the extra one on the bottom floor came in handy with all the families staying. Would definitely stay here again. Pool and lake were great even though we stayed at the beach most of the time! Ten in all. The house was absolutely perfect. Well kept, and while it was close enough to get to restaurants and events, it was far enough to be away from the craziness. Our family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful stay at Panama Jane’s. We loved the location being on the quieter end of the Panama City Beach. You are literally just steps from the beach if you stay here. Perfect location and easy beach access directly across the street. It is such an easy walk that even my mother in law, who has leg trouble and a cane to help her, was able to go watch the sunset every day and come down to the beach with us. She enjoyed the suite on the bottom floor and could also have easy access to the pool from her screened in porch. The living room was very spacious and perfect for gathering at night to eat, watch tv and play games. The owner was very attentive to anything we had questions about or needed from start to finish.
