Check-in was easy, the view was amazing, comfy areas to sit and sleep as well. Kitchen was equipped with things we needed (a Keurig would have been nice but it worked out fine). They had sufficient towels for us all to use when showering. Quick walk to the pool and beach which is what I look for when booking a trip. The elevators were fast! Front desk helped with questions. We needed maintenance the first day and they were so quick to respond as well! Parking was also very easy! This is not a huge deal but it might make this place even better - ceiling fans and ceiling lighting in the bedrooms. The lamps weren't bright enough. And when it was warmer (due to outside temps) a ceiling fan would have been awesome in the bedrooms. Other than that, the trip was perfect! We did not want to leave. This was our first time staying at Summerhouse, but we will definitely stay again. I used to live very close to this property and love this side of the beach. The room isn’t as updated as some other rooms, but it's cozy and I loved it. The pool area is amazing. We were far away from the chaos of spring break.
