Privately Owned 2 Bed 2 Bath, RIGHT ON BEACH FRONT COTTAGE! FREE PARKING! The Baby Bahama LOWER Cottage is a boutique 1100 sq feet cottage which includes an extra large covered deck. No streets to cross, directly on the beach. Our beach front cottage is fully furnished with 2-bedroom 2-bathroom of living space and sleeps from 2 up to 6 guests or 12 guests (when rented with upper unit VRBO Listing #437382). It has direct access to our beautiful white sandy beach and the Gulf of America. Large patio and balcony deck areas for entertaining, socializing, and even just relaxing. Listen to the waves of the Gulf and stare out at the beautiful views over the white crystal beach sands while you enjoy the sunsets. This cottage is fully equipped with just about everything you need, including linens and bath towels, kitchen utensils and pots and pans, deck/balcony chairs, patio table w/ umbrella, outdoor security cameras and more.

The home is in the sand, the management is very nice and helpful. The home is near everything we need but is in a calme and safety area as well not need move for nothing. Perfect place for families. Great property for your family vacation. We loved.

Everything about my stay was perfect-the initial booking, Donna meeting me at the property for check-in, the location, the cottage, plenty of restaurants in the area, relative privacy of the beach, friendliness of Donna and Al and the overall value for the price. I wouldn't have changed anything. This will be my go-to property for future beach vacations.

We enjoyed our stay at Baby Bahama! It was perfect. The place was spotless. We enjoyed getting to meet the owners! They were the perfect hosts! They take pride in their property and keep it well maintained for their guests. They are so easy to to communicate with. We hope to be able to stay here again soon!

Baby Beach House was perfect! Donna was great to work with and met us at check in. She was easy to contact and quick to respond. The house had everything we needed for our stay and the pictures are spot on! The parking is super convenient and secure. It’s so nice not having to lug everything into an elevator! There was a family in the upstairs unit, but we barely knew they were there. The beach was literally right out the gate and it was never crowded, even in the peak season! It was so nice not being surrounded with high rise condos and the crowds they bring. Nick’s pizza is right across the road and I highly recommended the Margherita pizza! We also enjoyed walking to Sharky’s, Senior Frogs (about a mile) and Harpoon Harry’s. We had a great vacation and would highly recommend Baby Bahama!

Our family spent a week in the lower Bahama cottage. Donna and Al were great from the beginning to the end. They were nice enough to let us know we could check in earlier. They meet you and go through everything and make you feel welcome. Everything was as expected. The cottage was very nice and clean. I would recommend this place to anyone. There are many restaurants and attractions close by. Thanks Donna and Al for a great stay.

The owners Al and Donna are amazing! We had a great time. Place is modestly furnished and modestly priced = just what you want at PCB. Well on top of that it is absolutely beachfront. Super quaint, perfect parking, restaurants in walking distance. You’re on front beach road between the party end and the pier park. So you get tranquil quiet space with elbow room!! Cannot be beat. Definitely stay with them. Please be aware of their rules and polices because those keep the place nice for everyone. Will be back! Thank you Ms Donna for everything.

My husband, our set of twins and I decided to take a vacation to celebrate their birthdays and we enjoyed it to the fullest! Mrs. Donna ( the owner ) met us at the cottage , walked us in and showed us where everything was and made sure we had everything we needed! This was our first family vacation and now my kids are spoiled. The house is nice and clean with plenty of room for the five of us. Views and access to the beach could not be more perfect. There are plenty of kitchen utensils if you plan to cook while you're there. You hardly need to bring anything but yourselves. My family already discussed our next visit on the ride home!

House is nice and right on the beach with easy access. However, the upstairs tenants (who were nice) had (2) children ages 2 & 4 and woke up ~ 7:30 every morning...we could heard footsteps going back and forth all morning. I would recommend getting the upstairs unit over the downstairs unit.

We rented both the upper and lower units and had a great stay in Panama City Beach. Both units were very clean and everything was functional. The ability to walk out the back gate and arrive on the beach was very convenient! The owners are very pleasant to deal with and met us at the units to check us in the day of our arrival. They were very responsive to any questions we needed answered. We would certainly consider staying here again.

The listing for this property is exactly accurate. A great location! Mostly all in walking distance, my husband and I brought our two young children and was able to literally just take a couple steps and it was right on the Beach! We explored front beach road and there was several places to go. Alfred and Donna were great! If I ever needed anything I could text and got a reply back very quickly! We highly recommend this place, and will probably stay again with them next year !

Owners communication was great during COVID. She was upfront about the rules. Beach was right out side the back door. Pizza place was across the street! The traffic was kinda noisy but that’s not her fault.
