A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $80/day $480/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

La Dolce Vita is the perfect spot for your next beach getaway! The kitchen has all of the necessary appliances you will need during your stay. The dining table seats 8 for the entire crew to have a delicious meal together, and extra seating at the bar! The living room features new sofas , and there is a huge balcony for all to take in the sights of the Gulf for miles! There are 2 Gulf Front Master Suites, one features a King bed and the other features 2 Queen beds. The third bedroom has a king size bed. The 4th bedroom offers a twin over full bunkbed with a twin size trundle.

There is parking at Ocean Ritz & there is also extra parking across the street for your convenience. You will be located right in the middle of Panama City Beach with easy access to restaurants and Walmart. So whether you want to walk down to the beach, or take in the Gulf front pool, La Dolce Vita has everything you will need!

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

The communication was cold and unresponsive. Their tone is clear, we dont care about your situations, you are on your own, we are not here to help. We can clearly see that they dont care because the property gets rented regardless. There were several items that were old, rusted and broken. We were worried that we could be blamed for it. The management is not upfront with the parking situation. The parking is non existent is the truth. But because they did not say that we got trapped in a cramped parking spot. Once in, we got stuck and took 45 minutes to get out. It was a nightmare. It was a Tesla X, not something huge. We will not stay in this property again. I will also avoid any property managed by ECDI.

Incredible views. Great patio. Kitchen was well stocked and the location is great. Only giving 3 stars because there was only 1 roll of toilet paper in all 4 bathrooms for 7 of us for an entire week. The master bedroom bed was a bit uncomfortable and we could not find any additional blankets or pillow cases The condo could use some touch ups cabinets, paint, baseboards etc. The parking spot for this unit is extremely difficult to get in and out of. You could not park a truck in this spot. Overall, it is a nice place and I would stay again now that I know what is provided and what is not.

Property is exactly as described. Lots of space, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, large balcony.I was impressed with the high ceilings, crown molding and upgraded bathrooms. Pool was not enormous but was heated which was a definite plus in November! 12 People slept comfortably in the bedrooms (8 adults and 4 kids) and there was also a sleeper sofa in the living room which we did not use. We will definitely consider returning here!

This condo is on the 19th floor has a huge balcony, beautiful view of the beach. We seen dolphins almost every morning and even seen a sea turtle! There was plenty of room for 8 of us. Within Walking distance to several local restaurants and shops. The beach was not crowded at all during our stay at the end of August

We had a great time at this condo! The balcony is amazing and the condo was clean and fit our crew well.The kitchen is small for the amount of people in the condo and there not many containers for our crew. The unloading and loading situation is the WORST. There are only two elevators and check-in was entirely hectic with people waiting and holding elevators. Then upon check-out there was a medical emergency and only one elevator worked for the ENTIRE building. We waited on the 19th floor for 40 minutes with our stuff to get down. We had planned on a kid staying on the top bunk bed, but upon arriving it said that 50 pounds or less can sleep on the top bunk, so that didn't work well and we removed the mattress and a kid slept on the floor with the mattress. WIFI was hit or miss and we constantly restarted the router and got it working. The beach service was great and part of our crew took advantage of that. Any tents have to stay behind the lounge chairs which only leaves a small column of space for people with tents, so many of us didn't have a true "beach view" on the beach. Get out there early to get a beach view if you're using a tent. One parking spot is available, but it's unfair that a picture is not included with the parking spot as it's in the downstairs parking garage in the corner with a column closing it in. We had a huge van (which we had to park across the street and pay for parking the whole week) and then a truck which had to take a 450 turn to park.

The condo was beautiful, location is perfect! The only complaint we had is the parking. Parking is different for every condo so you may not have the same problem. Worst case scenario you pay for parking and that’s about 30 for 24 hours I believe, so not that big of deal. Will definitely stay again.

The room was great! Clean and just as described. Great location and had every thing we needed. Check in was kind of a mess. Overflow lot was full. No marked unloading areas, no carts available and BOTH elevators were down for hours. 11 people and on the 19th floor made for one sweaty irritating and long check-in. The checkin was smooth as far as the owners/hosts were concerned, had all info in advance everything was clear, but the property itself was just not the best design parking/unloading wise. 24 floors 2 elevators that are extremely weight sensitive with everyone checking in and out on Saturday JUST A BAD combo!

Great Condo

We absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, near restaurants, of course the beach, Walmart! We had a spectacular beachfront view and the location beachfront. Everything for the kitchen was all we needed. We loved having a bathroom with each bedroom, so we all had our own. The beds were also very comfortable. Only one small complaint and it was that the floors needed a good mopping, nothing that would stop us from coming back. The balcony was huge we just loved it!!

Nice stay - some things to note

We enjoyed our stay and even the privacy that the 4 bedrooms and large balcony provided.Some things to note:Top bunk bed has a sign indicating no-one over 50lbs, which was a surprise.We didn't realize we needed to provide our own toilet paper, paper towels or trash bags after the firsts ran out BUT there was a Wal-mart close so we were able to get them with little issue. (go to Wal-mart in the early morning as it gets busy)The location is nice and we really enjoyed the balcony and spotting dolphins.Trash compactor was right outside our door and was very convenient. (no smell)The 2 beach chairs were so very handy as well as the box of beach toys/supplies that is at the unit.Parking spot was TIGHT. We actually made an effort not to come and go in our vehicle very often b/c of it so be mindful of the size vehicle you bring.

Spacious condo

Property it self is very nice and clean. Management company ECDI leaves alot to be desired. They gave us the wrong code at check-in. They couldn't supply us with the codes for the pool and Beach, Said they would contact us with the codes but never did..

Heavenly family getaway!

This condo is beautiful-the HUGE balcony is absolutely wonderful for gathering and spending family time! The location is great-short walk down to the water and the most beautiful beach! The kids could walk out a very long ways and still touch! The chairs and umbrella at the beach side were great! The property manager was very responsive! The only trouble that we had was with regards to the parking spot for 1901 but that is because we drove our 12 passenger van and it couldn’t fit in the spot due to a pillar being in part of the spot and the lot across the street was usually full. We will definitely visit this beautiful condo again!

Best beach stay in PCB

We always enjoy ourselves at this condo! You can't beat the balcony and view. Beds were comfortable in every room we used. Any issues we had were addressed in a very timely manner. The updated elevators were amazingly fast! Everything you need is within walking distance of the condo. Dont waste your time looking any further and book this condo! You won't regret it!
