The pool is BIG. So good and mostly shaded throughout the day which is great. The covered porch downstairs was where we spent majority of our time - hammock, great lounging chairs, table tennis, great view of the pool, a TV. So cute! And mosquito free. I know if our children were older, they would have utilized the downstairs indoor area. Not the best choice if mobility impaired as any way into the main house is up a fight of stairs. Response is not immediate. Keep in mind that this is an Avant Stay property and not a private host, so those special touches that make a VRBO feel like your home will not be there. This is a quiet street. We enjoyed our stay. ##### K'Anne A.
