It is just a 5-minute stroll from the pristine shoreline. Make every moment a beachside memory at Shore Thing! Guests feel the vacation ambiance immediately as they enter the porch area with its rocking chairs and comfy seating areas. Through the front door, the main living area extends the warm welcome, awash with earthy tones and textures, from the hardwood floors to the linen couch and leather club chairs. Under a beautiful modern chandelier, you can seat 8 for more formal meals and the kitchen island has seating for 3 more. The fully-equipped kitchen features everything the home chef needs to prepare fantastic meals. The living area has ample seating around a large Smart TV for relaxing family evenings. The main floor also features a king bedroom, convenient hallway full bathroom and the laundry room. Great location across from the lagoon pool and there’s a tram stop right outside the front of the house! The house offered a great layout for a group of family and friends, with 2 large outdoor patios. Only downfall is the beach area, it’s a tiny postage stamp that is packed.
