30A is a 20-mile stretch of beaches and coastal towns along Florida’s famous Emerald Coast. From Seaside down past Laguna, you’ll find white sands, azure views, and laid-back vibes. This region takes a relaxed approach to oceanfront living, with boutique shops and local seafood on every main street. Each town along 30A has its own unique identity, so we encourage you to explore them all!

*Home Truths:*
- Bedroom 5 and its en-suite bathroom are located in the casita (guest house).
- Pool heat is not available between 4/1 and 10/1.
- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Guests may not park boats or watercraft in the driveway or anywhere in public view. Violations will be ticketed.
- Per Watersound Beach Association regulations, guests are not permitted to use rental golf carts at this property.
- The miniature golf course is a two-minute walk from the house. Clubs and balls can be borrowed from the front gate/security office.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- The maximum number of vehicles which can park on-site: 2

A maximum of 2 vehicles can park onsite.
On-street parking is prohibited. Please limit all parking of vehicles, trailers, RVs, etc to the space available on the property.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Outstanding house

We had a terrific experience. The house is spacious, has a great layout, very nice amenities and appliances, and is in an awesome location. We loved the Watersound community, and it was idyllic for walking and biking around the area. We’ll definitely be back.

Perfect house for our family

House was perfect for us to be able to spread out. We had a few working during the week so the desk areas were perfect. Only thing that would be nice to have is more information regarding amenities ie chair service, pool, key fobs etc. and having a golf cart would add to the overall guest experience. Very relaxing environment. Would definitely return. Highly recommend.

The Parker was well-stocked. Not only was it super clean and spacious, but the home included extras of the "essentials" that guests typically need throughout the week (dishwashing tablets, laundry detergent, trash bags). The location was convenient to the beach and the amenities in WaterSound. Thanks for a memorable Thanksgiving vacation for our families!

Great family vacation

Our family had a wonderful time at the house. The house was very spacious and clean. We loved how quiet the neighborhood seemed and how close inconvenient it was to the Hub, Alys Beach, and Rosemary. The walk down to the beach was super easy and the beach was beautiful. We will definitely be staying at this house again.

This Home should get 10 stars! Absolutely wonderful! Our family of 6 (2 elderly parents, my husband and our 2 teenagers) absolutely loved this home! It was comfortable, spacious, quiet (and by quiet-I mean the insulation was great!) if TV was going on in another room, we could take nap easily) While this wasn’t a beach view, we LOVED this neighborhood! Easy bike ride or walk to the beach/pool! The grounds on the property were beautiful! And the pizza place right on the property was fantastic! A short car/bike ride (or leisure walk) to the Big Chill was a hit for our teens! I give this house A+++!!! The Smith Family❤️

Beautiful home in a great community! Host was extremely helpful and inviting. I dropped my wallet in the driveway on our way to the fishing boat. A neighbor found it and returned it. Highly recommend staying here and will rent it again.

The house was exactly as pictured, if not better! Everyone had plenty of space without being on top of each other. The host was also kind enough to leave welcoming gifts, which was very kind. Very nice home in Watersound

Everything about the house was great and exactly as advertised. The only problem we experienced in the house was the wifi made you connect to the property management account. That would not be bad except every hour it kicked you off the system and you had to install your name, email and birthdate to reconnect. If you plan on working from home this can be a major challenge.
