The HOA security at the property, however, was completely overwhelmed by the number of spring breakers, and the house’s proximity to the marketplace- which would be ideal any other time - meant that we were surrounded by unsupervised teenagers, even well after the city’s imposed curfew. Walking or biking distance to so many great shops, restaurants, and cafes. The initial code we were given to enter the property didn’t work but in a very short time the property management team had someone at the property to fix the door. The washer and dryer in the property are very small for the number of guests the property allows for. Overall the home was spacious , a great use of space and very clean. Beds are great. The pools and pool area available to guests of this home are not fantastic. It was busy because we were there over a holiday weekend, but it appears the pools receive very little attention. By day 3 or 4 there was algae growing along the edges in both pools. Lounge chairs are very old and in rough shape. The beach is beautiful and just a short walk from the unit. The close proximity to shops and restaurants was perfect to take our 14 month old on strolls. The house was very clean and the layout was what was needed for the family. It was just as described and even has a few things not listed. Lots of beach gear to use. The area was great and so close to lots of restaurants and shopping.
