In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. Will never do business with Vacations perfected againFirstly, we were super excited to get to the beach and have a great family vacation. We stayed at origins, which we have stayed at before. We got to the condo at 3pm and called to check if an early check in would be possible since we had gotten a notification that the condo we were staying in wasn't occupied the day prior to check in. Abigail had told us that it shouldn't be a problem since it was only an hour before check in. Wrong. They wanted us to pay 50 for an early check in.... So their greed outweighs their customers service skills okay cool whatever. We get into our condo and it was ok. It could use some updating but nothing big to complain about. We had been there for around an hour, when we were getting ready and noticed our crawler twins hands feet and legs were black from how NASTY the floors were. We then began noticing the shower was dirty (mold forming around the ceiling of it), the bed already had sand In it, it obviously wasn't clean, and the door handle of the condo kept falling off. So, I messaged the host and asked if they would please hav someone come and clean the floors at least. No response. In fact I messaged again, and still, no response. These people are only worried about taking your money, and if you have any issues forget having them resolved because they are not there to help you to make your stay easier or better. 0/10 vacations perfected is a crock. ##### Kelsey B. Having ocean front is a must for us and adding the street view for night time viewing was perfect!! You get ocean front and at night when ocean is dark you get to see the night life. Sharkeys live music and walk back to room is great. Close to pier park walking distance. The rooms is huge and very accommodating would give this place a 10!! We evacuated there from a storm. The place had 2 forks, no knives, cookware was terrible. Weed was smelled down halls and on balcony from morning til night. To top it all off they charged an extra fee for improper checkout procedures because we forgot to clean out the bathroom trash can!?!? I’m sure the cleaning fee was more than enough to empty one trash can. So disappointed. I was so nervous after reading a lot of negative reviews about the Origin. We had friends staying there too, so we wanted to stay in the same resort. Our unit was just as described. It was clean and spacious. I loved how there was no check in. We could go straight to condo and enter the code to get in our unit provided by Vacations Perfected. Just as most rental condos, bring or buy from the Walmart near by necessities like toilet paper, dish soap ect. The unit does need a new microwave. We called to report this, but they didn’t bring us another one. It’s an over the stove one, so I figured it was more complicated to switch out. We loved the huge corner deck with a view. We were there over the 4th of July and the complex was busy, but we didn’t hear a lot of extra noise. We truly recommend this unit! It was everything we needed for my husband and 1 and 2 kids. There were even sand toys and beach chairs left for us. As well as the coupons Vacations Perfected emailed us. We had an amazing vacation! ##### Krista H. Only way to flush was to take the commode lid off and manually flush by hand. Next issue was the sink sprayer was broken and when you turned on the kitchen sink water was spewing to the ceiling. Management did correct the problems but condo should be inspected monthly for issue before guest check in. The sticking patio door to the balcony is more than annoying as you have to use your body to push it open. kitchen utensils are at best minimum . The overall cleanliness is the worse part. I went and got my on floor cleaner and moped the entire condo myself. It was either that or walk around on a dirty floor for a week. Best feature of the condo is the balcony and view, but condo leaves a lot to be desired. ##### Mark H. The floors were all filled with long strands of hair, lent balls, and dirty throughout the entire property. We were unable to walk without shoes to feel comfortable and clean. The bed linens were filled with lent balls and didn’t smell clean which led to terrible nights of sleep. The sofa sleeper was broke and would not lay flat; the linens were also rough and dirty. The bathroom shower and sink weren’t clean nor the floor mopped. The location was as described: short walk to the beach and in a prime area. The dryer was filled with lint which got on several loads of laundry. I would not recommend this property to a family for vacation. ##### Willie A. The room was clean and spacious. The location is great with just a minute walk to the beach and close to grocery stores and shopping. The only downside is that even though you're 10 floors up, you're still able to hear all the traffic going by. We resolved that by listening to fan sounds on our phones while we slept. The views were beautiful & the location was directly right across the street from the beach & in the heart of all the attractions, which was awesome! Although our stay was nice, there are a few things I feel inclined to prepare the next traveler about to book this particular condo. My family vacations frequently in Florida & we are VERY THOROUGH when it comes to leaving reviews, because we use reviews to book OUR vacation stays. We appreciate very DETAILED reviews so we also feel compelled to leave them as well. This is what we gathered when we stayed: \~ Although it was clean, i wish they would have done a better job cleaning the floors, there was sand everywhere, (No, it didn't come from us, we never made it to the beach). \~The patio door doesn't lock, which made it a bit noisy. You do have to push & pull with some force to open & close it. The mat in front the patio door is a straw mat & EXTREMELY slippery. I slipped a few times until i moved it to the side. \~The living room TV was stuck on the same channel for 2 days, until we realized the batteries were dead in the remote... \~The bathtub is also EXTREMELY slippery. My hubby almost slipped, my son actually fell. . . so yea. . .beware of that. \~The King size bed is soft so if you need a firm mattress...it may not be what you're looking for. The Pull out bed is actually a FULL size, not a QUEEN as stated in the description & the mattress was very thin & hard, which makes the couch cushions sink very low & hard to get up after sitting. \~There is no landline to call front desk or security, & internet was very slow. so things like fire sticks & laptops had a difficulty staying connected without buffering. \~No pool noodles, floats, or pool toys of ANY kind are allowed in the pool, just an F.Y.I. & give some time for the elevator to get to you, they run a bit slowly. \~The last thing is the list of check out procedures that need to be done. I couldn't understand why you guys charge a "cleaning fee" but you make all your occupants wash the dishes, wash the towels, & remove the trash before they leave. . . so that was quite confusing to me. Overall though, our stay was still pretty good. ##### Hannah P.
