The owner was very responsive and helpful. It's an excellent location on the 30th floor facing the water. The unit was really clean and is well equipped for a beach getaway, The bottle of wine was a nice touch and ended up purchasing some when we returned home. It was a much needed getaway for my husband and myself and would not hesitate to use him again. The only suggestion I have is to provide an extra blanket for cooler evenings. ##### Sue A.
