There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. The view from the balcony and the location on the beach are priceless. The sunsets are incredible. Access to parking was very easy. I was there during Spring break and it was still very enjoyable inspite of all of Panama Beach being more crowded. I loved every minute of being here. There is an enormous pool and hot tub. The Tiki Hut was really nice to enjoy while being at the pool. Their food and drinks were delicious. My one comment which is not the host's issue would be that there were too many kids allowed in the hot tub and I think that should be restricted to adults especially in the evening.The kitchen had what you needed to adequately cook. I brought most of what was important to me. They were very generous with garbage bags and coffee filters which was very much appreciated. The owner was very accommodating to our group and very easy to communicate with. My kiddos enjoyed that the pool was heated along with the hot tub! We appreciated that the owners supplied beach towels for our use while we were there. We don't typically revisit rentals we've stayed in because we like variety, but we would 100% stay here again!
