There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. I have pictures of everything, it was revolting. Several calls to Vacasa yielded robotic responses and false hopes of contacting the "local manager". No one came to fix anything. We were in an unsafe, hazardous condo. After we threatened to take legal action, they moved us at 9pm to another unit. This one was worse. This unit was still UNDER CONSTRUCTION!! Sheetrock everywhere, holes in the walls, the works. Now we had nowhere to sleep that night! The vacation was ruined. To date, they have not fully refunded the trip. Avoid Vacasa. Look at their reviews on other reputable sites, we found these AFTER our terrible experience. VRBO is misrepresenting the information on these condominiums owned by Vacasa. ##### Zain A. Easy beach access and location not super crowded. Only annoying thing was the plastic mattress protectors but I understand why they are there! The views are incomparably beautiful with mesmerizing waves providing an invigorating backdrop of sound. . The condo was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen is adequately supplied with dishes, pots and pans, plus plenty of utensils. There's adequate work space to prepare full meals. Unfortunately, only two of the burners on the stove work well. The living room couches are comfortable and attractive, and there is plenty of comfortable, outdoor furniture on the balcony, The beach décor throughout the condo is fun. The mattresses on the three beds are comfortable and firm. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the sheets. None of the sheets fit the beds, which became annoying midway through most nights. Also, the protective, plastic sheet that was put on the king bed made a crackling noise whenever we turned over, which caused frequent waking up most nights. One other problem resulted from the loose tiles and threshold cap that led into the room with the twin beds. I hurt my knee when I tripped on the loose threshold, which made walking the beach painful for a few days. Except for cold and rainy weather, we had a great trip. ##### Art K.
