There are also 2 full bathrooms, both with a shower/tub combo to accommodate guests. \- Bedroom #1 is outfitted with a King bed \- Bedroom #2 hosts a Twin-over-Twin bunk bed The property is located in The Shores of Panama, a 23-story Gulf front property in Panama City with an impressive list of luxury amenities. Guests are welcome to enjoy a full-service spa, lagoon style pool, two tiki bars for on-site dining and drinks. In addition to resort amenities, the property sits right between the Florida Gulf and Lake Powell, allowing guests to enjoy the beach and waterway access. Guests will need to complete registration online (link will be sent with check-in instructions) for $85\. This includes their wrist bands and parking pass. With just a quick trip in the car, you can access an array of restaurants, shops, and specialty stores. You have to be 25 yrs old to rent out the property A 24-hour supply of household amenities is included with the stay to get your vacation started! Hidden fees, cleaning fee and resort fee weren’t included; just TELL PEOPLE from the get go. Otherwise, it makes you seem shady.Wrong information sent about obtaining the resort pass- required BEFORE you park and the parking gate doesn’t have a keypad, for the code sent by email. Apparently they’ve told the property manager several times about the “new process”. Also, our wrist bands didn't even work.Lastly, the room. Honestly the other stuff was petty compared to the cleanliness of the condo. Torn couch cushions and pillows. Bathroom door lock broken. Mildew around the bathtub handle, faucet and temperature dial. My niece put her luggage under the bed - the amount of sand under there was CRAZY. Drawers and cupboards need a serious wipe down- old food and sand everywhere. I would suggest a VERY DEEP CLEAN.Also, heavier comforters would be nice. There are not enough elevators to accommodate the amount of units at this property. We actually took the stairs and used the elevators, maybe five times during our week stay. Parking space for this unit is TIGHT. So much so that I had climb over the passenger seat to get out of the car. The cleanliness of the unit is decent. See attached photos. We found dishes with food on them, but I did not take a photo. The floors were clean and the unit smelled of bleach when we checked in. 2 articles of my clothing (brand new!!) were ruined by the washer leaving black marks on them. The owner/property manager was presented with photos and has yet to respond to my request to have them replaced.Bed linens, pillows and towels left a lot to be desired. I think we had 4 or 5 towels in the entire unit. 2 pillows presented on a king bed. One on each twin. All flat and very used. We actually went to Walmart across the street and purchased our own.
