This fourth-floor studio is located in the Carillon Beach resort community and offers gorgeous views of Lake Carillon and even some of the Gulf of Mexico. The sunsets are stunning! This beach retreat can sleep up to four people and is located across from Lake Powell and alongside Camp Helen State Park, where you will find plenty of scenic hiking. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchenette to prepare delicious meals or cold beverages that you can easily enjoy on the balcony as you take in the views. Unwind in the living room with your guests and turn on the TV and enjoy an exciting movie or fun soap opera. It is located just two and a half miles from the famous 30A and six miles from the heart of Panama City Beach. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, and nightlife are nearby. A small downtown area with two restaurants, a snack and coffee shop, stores, bike rentals, a gym, and a yoga studio is just a few steps away. You can even rent paddleboards and explore Lake Carillon. Reaching the beautiful sugar-white sand of Carillon Beach is an easy one-quarter mile stroll through the lovely neighborhood of the community. There are eight dune crossovers to allow for different and interesting vantage points. This portion of the Gulf of Mexico is as beautiful as it gets. And, due to its location, is uncrowded. Come and see for yourself and you will not be disappointed. THINGS TO KNOW Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts. The office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance. Snowbird-friendly. Please contact us for special rates. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 4. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. It’s an older property but we enjoyed it. We did not spend a ton of time in the condo but we were locked out for over 4 hours after we grabbed some groceries across the street. The on call Vacasa team was less than helpful and not in a hurry to get us access back into the condo. They did state that they would contact us later which was via text. We ended up losing all the ice and a few food items since the coolers were in the room. First of all, Carillon community is our new favorite spot. It was perfectly quiet and relaxing for our family but close enough to “the strip” for fun activities and restaurants. The Carillon Beach Inn room 402 was super clean and stocked with anything our family of 4 would have needed for our stay. We rented bikes and kid wagons to pull with the bikes for our short trek to the beach. If you didn’t have small kids with a tent, cooler, snacks, 800 toys, bags, etc. then you wouldn’t need the bikes or wagon to haul your stuff. The walk wouldn’t have been an issue if it were a couple or family with older kids. Bed and pull out couch were SO SOFT AND COMFY!! We enjoyed observing the lake from the balcony but didn’t have any mosquito issues from being near the lake water. I was concerned about that but it was never a problem. The restaurants in the community were closed for renovations it appeared but Our Little Beach Cafe was great. I don’t think we have anything negative to say… so we 10/10 recommend Carillon Beach Inn.
