Balcony access from the Living Room & Master Suite and overlooks the Tower III pool! The Master Suite has King size bed with private bath, walk in shower and closet. Plenty of room for a blow-up mattress or pack-n-play! Guest bedroom has 2 Queens and private guest bathroom. 3rd Master En Suite has a King Bed with Built-In Bunk Beds and Private Bath. Sleeps 10 comfortably! 3rd floor is the perfect location and unit is located steps from stairs and pool entrance if Elevator is too crowded! Owner has provided Beach Towels, Toys, Chairs and Cart for Guests to use...Very Neat & Guaranteed CLEAN! There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. We were here for a dance competition at the Event Center at Edgewater and being on property was so convenient. Being on the 3rd floor was great because this unit is close to the stairs so bypassing the elevator was nice. We made it a family getaway and having all the space was perfect. The renovated bedroom with the built in bunk bed was our younger kids favorite thing! It was a perfect nook for them to get some quiet time in. The condo was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad. And this is the first condo we’ve ever rented that allowed use of beach supplies! We used 2 of the chairs but had brought our own umbrellas and such. ##### Gina A.
