Along with beautiful beach views, another advantage of a stay at Aquavista is there are only two eight-story towers, allowing for a less crowded beach. On-site amenities include beachfront swimming pool, hot tub, an elevated sundeck, and optional Beach Service. Each tower has two elevators. Direct private beach access is only steps away. Exercise facilities are not open for guest use. However, there are a number of local gyms nearby that cater to vacationers. Winn-Dixie, CVS and many restaurants located right across the street. You are also only a short trip to the famous City Pier and Pier Park for shopping and entertainment, featuring over 100 stores and restaurants. During your stay, be sure to take a relaxing walk through our Conservation Park. Only one mile away off of Hwy 98\. Frank Brown Park is within a mile as well and has a splash park for the kids, water slides, green spaces, grills, pavilions, and a shaded playground. Remote was replaced but still couldn't access channels - possibly bad signal in that room? Had issue with contractor supplying included beach chairs didn't show one day, didn't put up umbrellas unless asked, took up chairs/umbrellas early. Had an emergency at the property at midnight, her and her crew didn’t hesitate to respond and accommodate my stay. The resort was a bit dated, the age showing specifically in the pool area but we liked that it was a low density complex.
