Along with beautiful beach views, another advantage of a stay at Aquavista is there are only two eight-story towers, allowing for a less crowded beach. On-site amenities include beachfront swimming pool, hot tub, an elevated sundeck, and optional Beach Service. Each tower has two elevators. Direct private beach access is only steps away. Exercise facilities are not open for guest use. However, there are a number of local gyms nearby that cater to vacationers. Winn-Dixie, CVS and many restaurants located right across the street. You are also only a short trip to the famous City Pier and Pier Park for shopping and entertainment, featuring over 100 stores and restaurants. During your stay, be sure to take a relaxing walk through our Conservation Park. Only one mile away off of Hwy 98\. Jul 12, 2024 #### Awesome condo! This condo was perfect for our little family! It was on the beach, clean, had all of the amenities we needed, and we didn't have to park a mile away. The layout was ideal, and it was spacious enough for myself, my husband, and our two sons to have space to lounge. Plus, the convenience of having lounge chairs and an umbrella on the beach can't be beat. Thank you to the owners for providing such a great place! ##### Alissa B. Aug 2, 2025 #### Great condo, but one small issue The condo was clean, pretty, had everything we needed. Great location and more peaceful being a smaller condo complex. My ONLY complaint is the condo stayed nice and cool except for the bedrooms. They were always several degrees warmer no matter what and I am just uncomfortable sleeping in a stuffy room. Jun 13, 2025 #### A wonderful place to stay in pcb Property was stocked with anything we could have needed. Location was excellent with winn Dixie right there for anything we may have needed. Condo was very clean and up to our standard. The views and beach were excellent. If you have a larger truck like we do, the parking lot will be challenging but it's doable. Security is visible and you see them walking around checking parking passes and keeping an eye on things.It was a nice, quiet relaxing spot though.
