Larger dogs may be considered but must be approved by the owner before booking. Great property with lots of room, the upstairs gamming, TV room was awesome for Cards, Dice, Bumper Pool and Foosball... Bedrooms are all amazing and comfortable, Master bedroom with the walk out porch was a nice extra, Master bathroom and shower were awesome. I don't think the pictures in the add really show how nice this property is... 5 Stars for me... we will be staying here again and again.... ##### John O. Very nice house and great for large groups and hosting. Easy walk to the beach but I could see it being harder to cross the street to the beach when there is a lot of traffic. Our stay was in early Feb so not much traffic. Clean and comfortable beds. The kitchen had all the pots and pans you need however little scarce of other cooking items although it is just a rental so can’t expect to much but they had what I needed. The host was super nice and responsive to all my questions and made sure we had everything we needed. Would stay here again for sure! ##### Adde R. We have always stayed at the same place. Everything from start to finish was a breeze. Communication with the property manager was a huge plus! He even gave his personal number for any issues we might have while he was out of town! The property was clean and in close proximity to the beach and restaurants! We will definitely be staying here again! The only thing I would change since it is a pet friendly property, would be to add a fence on the right side so that the back is completely fenced. Check-in was a breeze and communication was prompt from the owner. The downstairs bedroom was great for my elderly mom so she didn't have to climb the stairs. The second level had a beautiful master bedroom with a spacious and luxurious master bath. The extra guestroom was a plus for my teen to have her own king-size bed and bathroom. The bonus game room was the icing on the cake for my kids with bunk beds, a living room area, and an outdoor deck. The home was fully stocked with all the essentials to make our stay comfortable. The beach is a short walk across the street and close to restaurants. Unfortunately, we chose to leave earlier than planned because of the hurricane coming that way but we hope to stay at this rental again. ##### Myra R.
