There were broken dining chair, broken recliner, broken stool, dirty rug, stained couch and low supply of towels. You are right on the beach, what more could one want. There is a booklet with house rules and food recommendations ( i dont eat seafood so i didnt try them). There is a family friendly bar and grill called Neon that is a 4-5 minute that my teenager enjoyed. While we were there they had line dancing going on. The hall closet had an umbrella and beach toys for us to use. I did message the owner 1x and she was quick to respond to me. We were able to see dolphins daily, beach wasnt over crowded and the neighbors i never even heard at night. ##### Holly S.
