Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Pool passes and wristbands are included in your reservation. Bookings will be charged $40.00 per registration plus the credit card transaction fee in GuestSVCS. Cancellations will result in a credit card fee of 2.99% of the transaction amount, plus $.30\. This fee is nonrefundable. Armbands will be in the vacation rental upon arrival. Please leave them here when departing. Guests will be charged $50 for each missing armband. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 18. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We were there for a few days and had to take time out of two of them more than once to get a parking pass. We didnt have access to the gym and the description of the property said gym was available. Since then changed the descriptions. IMAGINE THAT The gym was one reason we got this place. We work out everyday! VACASA also told me we could check in early being I had my 80 year old mother with us. The condo was ready at 1 I walked up and talked with maids. THEY WOULDNT LET US IN...I WAS FURIOUS ... not for me but for my mom. Dont tell me we can check in early if your not going to let us!...I loved the place and hate it is run by this company. Great indoor pool and outdoor pool that was shaded some. Our property showed bunk beds and we did not have bunk beds when we arrived. My older daughter's bed was not a queen like listed, it was a full. A couple of our towels looked like someone had washed their car with them and had black stuff on them. Thankfully there were more and I used those. The table pictured was also not what was there upon arrival. There was 5 of us and we could not sit and eat at the table like we hoped.
