There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. The rug in the living area and bedrooms were stained and didn’t feel clean. None of the codes in the “guidebook” were correct for the beach access gate and pool restrooms. The elevators in this building are very slow during check in and check out times and had to take 10 flights of stairs to and from our room several times which unfortunately will effects us turning to stay here. ##### Madison K. Tv cabinet in living room blocks part of the tv and the balcony door.. 5 remotes to living room tv…. One of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in. The only issue I had was the coffee maker. It was so dirty inside the water compartment that it could not be cleaned. Great view of the beach. Would have been Better off in a hotel. Will not rent again. We have stayed at Sterling Reef before in different condo. Was very happy with them. ##### Robert G. But property managers were on top of it and in constant contact with me the whole way. When we got up to the room and settled, things were awesome. Place is exactly as pictured. Great pool area.great balcony, great stay! Plenty of linens and dishes. My 17 year old girls had a great time. Only thing that was not mentioned, unless I missed it, was paying to park in the garage during our stay overall it’s a great place and location was superb. Would book again! ##### Elizabeth F.
