This was the very first property I saved when looking for a place to stay for our family vacation. After weeks of back and forth, we settled on this and it made me the family rockstar! There were 7 of us, two of them children. We wanted something more casual for the kids and less waiting for elevators. We checked in at 4pm. By 4pm the next day it was decided we would book this place for next year as soon as we could. Check-out was a breeze. Rich was hands-down the best host I've ever dealt with. Had a fabulous time! Was very clean, had plenty of kitchen accessories, had enough laundry & kitchen soaps for our entire week stay and was in a nice quiet neighborhood. They also provided sunscreen so we didn’t have to go get any right away. Pool was used every day, but needed 1 or 2 more pool towels for everyone. The beach is a close walk. If you head to the beach, bring chairs if you don’t want to pay for the ones on the beach. It was nice to have a pull out couch. Would maybe change the King room upstairs across from the bunks to a double bunk room to have even more room to fit 4-6 people in there. Overall, everything was great and would rent again, as it’s in a great location and close to many things. Oh, and if you’re looking for a good bakery, Thomas Donut and Snack Shop is the place to go - best we’ve ever had! ##### Tim Erin M.
