This two bedroom, two bath plus hallway bunks property is special in so many ways. The private balcony is perfect place to gather with comfortable furnishings that over looks the worlds most beautiful beaches. In fact, you'll find yourself spending lots of time out there. Bring your binoculars so you can watch the dolphins playing in the morning. And get ready to enjoy the magnificent sunsets in the evening. Beach service is included for 2025 season. The resort will be updating/painting/sealing all balconies from 11/1/25-3/6/26\. Workers will be present as well as equipment on the property. During this time, there will be no access to the balcony during the day when workers are present, and all balcony furniture will be stored inside the condo or in the center of the balcony covered. Balcony use will only be allowed after working hours and during the evening. We apologize for the inconvenience. I felt like I was visiting my grandmothers home. It was cozy, everything we needed was there, the coffee bar was amazing! The wine was a sweet touch and the beach chairs and umbrella was appreciated! The beds were comfortable and the balcony and perfect! This will definitely be the condo we rent every summer as long and it has the same owner. Thank you for making it feel like our home away from home! Side note… It was our 19th wedding anniversary and my sweet husband proposed to me again! The host provides MANY things for you to use that aren't always provided in rentals, which is so awesome and generous! The location was great. Its close to pier park, but far enough down front street to stay out of the hustle and bustle. Would absolutely stay here again. Lots of restaurants near by. We had a variety of ages in our group, from 3-50 and every single one of us had a great time. There were many tears shed as we packed up and headed home.
