This 2bed/1.5bath 2 story townhome is located at 4119 Cobia Street (on the south side of Thomas Drive- no crossing a busy street!) on the highly sought after East End of Panama City Beach. It is within walking distance to several popular restaurants & attractions, including Captain Jack's (AYCE crab legs!), Shore Dogs, Alibi Beach Lounge & Grill, Emerald Falls, Outlaw Rentals, Bricks & Barley, Hammerhead Freds, Longboards, & more! On the ground floor, you will find the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room overlooking the large, fenced yard. Step onto your townhome's private deck complete with BBQ grill and have a corn hole tournament with the family! For your convenience, there is a half bathroom located on the first level as well.
