This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom Ocean Reef condominium on the 8th floor offers over 1,500 square feet of coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating, a smart television & incredible views of the gulf. Here you will be able to access the unit's spacious balcony where you can enjoy the sunset after a relaxing day at the beach. The gulf front master bedroom features a King size bed, ensuite bathroom with double sinks, and its own access to the private balcony. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has a Queen bed, while the fourth has two twins. These bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom. Each bedroom has its own smart television. Only 1 working the entire week which made for waiting 30/45 minutes to get on the elevator. I heard owners say the other 2 elevators were down for months. We had someone handicapped and couldn’t walk stairs and a baby. Didn’t want to chance falling while carrying her down stairs. Also ocean reef doesn’t have carts to unload and load your things so several trips doing that with 1 working elevator. There were fights over the elevator by ppl waiting so long.
