This large condo comfortably sleeps 10 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion. The oceanfront master offers a Jacuzzi tub as well as a shower. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a large flat screen tv. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bunkbed. The living room couch pulls out to a QUEEN size bed. All bedrooms have large flat screen televisions and there are plenty of closets and dressers to unpack all of your needs, for any length of stay. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. The laundry was broken and janky, light switches didn’t work, broken lock on bathroom, fridge was older than me, microwave sounded like it was going to take off, closet doors...just leave those open unless you want them falling off every 5 seconds, a lot of weed smoking and fighting drunks but it entertained, the tubs or out black mold but I cleaned it, some of the amenities are misleading, furniture needs repair BIG TIME and kitchen cooking utensils and knives ...well we had to go buy our own. Security people are mean but we made the best of it! No cleaning supplies for guests which is annoying but again the views were spectacular. Suggest new cleaning and maintence people as they tell are rude, curse A LOT, and smoke weed while they clean units which explains some of the weird things we saw in our own unit. The views from the 18th floor were beautiful.the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and eating. The only thing that was bothersome was that the floors and rugs were pretty nasty. You can tell they were just build up of dirt and grime. We got an awesome nightly rate so I was a little worried that the unit wouldn’t be what the pictures depicted. But, I was pleasantly surprised that the unit was exactly how it was listed. However the condo was as advertised. The master mattress is not the most comfy but did the job. The elevators was very slow. To be as big as the place is they need better elevators. As far as our stay we had a wonderful time. It was just little things as i described. Not a deal breaker as far as going back because the condo was all we really needed. An it was good. Definitely recommend bringing extra towels and not just beach towels. Had 6 towels in a unit for a week for 10 people. Unit was dirty. Stuff under beds, couch and could feel sand on floor when first entering even. Deck hadn’t been cleaned. Most places also leave at least one extra toilet paper and trash bag. Not here. Only the partially used roll. Then they offer a 15 percent off next stay for a 5 star rating. No thanks. Won’t be staying here again. ##### Kimberly A. The rental was perfect and in a great location with many restaurants in walking distance. Although we were on The 18th floor the elevators were fast with very little wait time. The rental was very clean and the views from the balcony were beautiful. Bring binoculars because you will want a close up of the stingrays, dolphins, and sea turtles you will see in the distance. It needs some updating. It was not as clean as it should have been. The sheets on the master med had a small blood stain. There was also a spot of blood or something beside the toilet in the master bath when we arrived. The floors were gritty feeling as soon as we walked in. The bed in the master bedroom rolls to the middle. The queen bed in one room was very hard. The bunk beds needed to be tightened. Any time someone rolled over on the bunks they would shake and sThere were no bowls for cooking and very few cooking utensils. Some of the appliances need upgrading. These were things that could be improved upon. Especially the cleanliness. We did enjoy our stay but these things I have mentioned would help others have a more comfortable stay.
