Right on the beach and in a quiet cul-de-sac of Rosemary. However a few things were disappointing, the cleanliness and the need for an update. There were dishes in the cabinet that were not clean (food crusted on plates, dirty coffee mugs) and the bathroom needs extra attention (hair was not cleaned out of the shower drain), and the wire storage rack behind the bathroom door was rusted. The appliances need updating, the ice maker was broken and continued to make ice constantly (pouring out into the freezer) creating added noise, the door knobs were very difficult to use when opening doors. When speaking with the renters in the main house, they made the same comment, and the outside shower handle was broken. In addition, the garage door opener did not work, and the house could use a good dusting - the beams above the bed were filled with clumped dust. ##### Stephanie B. The main house is beachfront and the walks to the beach are short. We had garage parking and free bikes....Just a suggestion, bring your own pillow, spices, and paper coffee filters which are a little annoying being that Rosemary is an upscale property...but we would definately choose this location again!
