On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. Bungalow was lovely in such a quiet neighborhood-like setting with a comfy front porch. Lack of oven and cooking supplies was a minor issue with the convenience of the poolside grill and will be even less so when larger restaurant opens in the next month.
