Let us raise your comfort level in this spacious unit that has sweeping views of the Gulf from its private balcony, great for watching sunsets and relaxing. This property also offers easy access to the Laguna Beach Access which is only a short walk away! Important Information \- Community Pool Usage: Hours of operation are from 8:00 AM to 9:30 PM. The max bathing load is 20 people. The first king suite is located just off the kitchen featuring a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with a large walk in shower, and double vanity sink. 3rd Floor: The master suite overlooks the south side of Front Beach Road and has partial views of the Gulf of Mexico from the West. The house was immaculate and extremely comfortable, from the cozy living spaces to the high end kitchen appliances and balconies on each floor with an elevator. The attention to detail was impressive, especially the L’Occitane French bathroom amenities ,something I’ve never seen in a short-term rental before. Every aspect of the place felt thoughtfully designed, making our stay feel like a true getaway. Being just across the street from the beach with Gulf views from the balconies was the cherry on top.
