We want to keep you informed about the construction phases and how they might affect your stay. Construction Period:• Dates: September 2025 to March 2026• Affected Units: Balconies will be completely inaccessible and have obstructed views.• Activities: Construction work will occur daily from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday. All of the showers had great water pressure. The AC worked great. We never had to wait long for an elevator. The view of the beach from the balcony was incredible.
