Located on the 2nd floor of Ramsgate Harbor Condominiums, this low rise, low density complex offers a slow paced, family friendly atmosphere as close to the water as possible. Ramsgate Harbor is tucked away on the far West end of PCB with easy access to 30A, shopping, dinning and all that the Emerald Coast has to offer. This 2 bedroom flat was recently renovated with all new furnishing and offers a modern, relaxing space only one flight of stairs from covered parking. Upon entering the condo you will immediately be greeted with mesmerizing gulf views! Once inside you will notice the full kitchen along with the spacious living and dining areas. The living room conveniently has access to the oversized balcony expanding your entertaining space. The primary bedroom offers amazing gulf views, king bed, access to the balcony and a private en-suite bathroom with a custom luxury shower.
