They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. Condo is floor to ceiling glass. Feels like your outside when you’re inside. Favorite place was the porch with the amazing recliners! Peggy was an amazing host! Helped out with a couple things. Bed was sooo comfy! I will say we had an issue with bringing our dogs. They had their service vests on but owner needs to provide orange leashes for them. The amenities also in line with perfect. With that being said, the cleanliness of the unit was less than desirable. Spent at least 6 to 8 hours cleaning just so we could feel comfortable. Just a list of few the kitchen sink drain was disgustingly filthy, the backsplash in the kitchen also filthy, needed to wash the sheets due to hair in the bed. The rugs had not been washed. While we did have a couple of issues when we arrived, the owner took care of them, and his communication was A+. Best things about this property: RIGHT on the beach (go downstairs and you're there!), floor-to-ceiling windows with automated shades that show off a stellar ocean/beach view, 2 recliners on the balcony for your morning coffee, beautiful interior with new hard flooring (no yucky carpet), perfect size for a family of 3-4 to spread out, well-stocked kitchen (we cooked a lot), HUGE master bed, HUGE master tub, 3 HUGE televisions and XBox One, 2 dining areas (table, bar), front door opens to an open-air stairway if you prefer to get your steps in versus the elevator, right by the private beach access with outdoor rinse-off showers and Oceans restaurant, large capacity washer and dryer (very helpful for 5 days of dirty baseball gear), steps away from the over-the-street walkway that goes to the Villas and golf course (we had friends staying there), safe setting for morning walks, a short walk/long swim to the pier for fishing and snorkeling, plenty of excellent parking and luggage carts (and that's saying a lot considering we went in mid-June when PCB was almost at capacity), and a very quick drive to grocery stores. We had several friends staying at other resorts, and theirs didn't have nearly as many features. For just a few dollars more, this property truly delivered! ##### Allyson Elms P.
