From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. The only negative was the washing machine and dryer didn’t work efficiently the dryer took all day to dry clothes and the washing machine didn’t have cold water it was just sprinkles and would put out hot water. Also if you plan to cook, look to make sure things are there. I had to buy a cookie sheet and the grill was propane, but no gas so we had to go get a charcoal grill. This was the most disappointing one we have stayed at. There was a pair of panties behind the night stand so it twlls me the cleaning was sub par. Also very minium cooking items and the washer and dryer were wonky and hard to wash clothes. The water pressure in the one shower was almost non existent. There was only 1 bowl. The fridge leaked and had to be mopped up at the bottom every second day and the toilet was leaking, so we looked into the toilet tank to find an extreme mold situation. We repaired the toilet and had to clean the mold. The kitchen and bathroom are used to death. The vacation was quite disappointing. In retrospect when we reported the issues, Robin the Vacasa Rep. Dollartree utensils and complimentary dishwasher pods plus a nice big Pot hole in front of the unit for a wet welcome into he#@ :) When we arrived the vent covers were all unscrewed from the walls and one hanging above a bed. The nice stained couches look like they stepped out of a clown show with a comfortable 2 inch mattress. Cabinets where broke it looked nothing like the picture. Just over all horrible vacation it was just a uncomfortable place to stay didn’t feel like vacation ##### David F. For my family of 5 we had plenty of room to relax. Was a close walk to the beach and had so many pools to enjoy to. We all enjoyed a afternoon playing putt putt and playing tennis on the property as well. Had a nice gas grill on the back patio as well so grilling a steak after a day at the beach just topped it off. We will definitely be going back! ##### Angela P. The home is outdated and needs to be upgraded though. I had to buy a broom to sweep the floor after cooking breakfast. Other then that, we had an awesome stayed. ##### Keyla A. The place was clean, the neighborhood is quiet and pleasant and the location was perfect. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a perfect central location. The place is lived in, but clean and well kept. Everything worked except a burnt out back light and no extra trash bags, Lol!
