Sep 7, 2024 #### Perfect location with private beach access Pro’s - Very clean - Newly renovated so felt like a new house - Mgmt company was extremely responsive and accommodating - Best location in 30a Con’s - kitchen could use some spatulas - Could benefit from routine pest control for bugs Overall would absolutely stay here again. Steps to the sand, clean well appointed home, two generous bedrooms. The two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom so keep that in mind. Perfect for two families! ##### Jenay G. Mar 17, 2024 #### Perfect beachfront stay We have stayed at a few places in Carillon Beach. All have been fantastic, but this beachfront property was a gem. You can’t beat the set-up and the access. Spring break on 30A was so congested, but not here. 3 king suites with connecting baths made this house easy to split with multiple families. The home is updated and the solo-stove, ping-pong & putt-putt were a bonus for the kids. We’ll stay here again. ##### Jennifer W. Our family really enjoyed our stay. We loved being right on the beach with the great views. The house even provided some beach towels which was very helpful. Best Rental that we have had in Florida in our 20 years of coming to the beach. The house was platinum level for comfort and convenience. Carillon is a special, special place and not to be missed. Warren Beach Rentals was fantastic, Rich, the Property manager was helpful and gave us some great dinner tips in the area. Pro Tip.. Little Beach Cafe in Carillon is fantastic, breakfast and lunch outside by the fountains was next level, with a great place for the kids to play and make friends. Loved it. ##### brad m. Sep 1, 2024 #### Beach House Bliss We’ve been coming to Carillon for 10 years. This beach house we booked through Warren Beach Rental was perfect! The outdoor game area was so much fun! We were there every evening playing the games provided. Very easy access to beach and pool.Everyone raved about the mattresses in the bedrooms and that’s always a big concern when renting a place. Kitchen has everything you need! The views are exceptional! Definitely would rent this house again! Sad we had to leave!!! ##### Debbie R. The Perfect Beach home We had a quick stay for a wedding at this home. To describe this home as perfect is NO understatement The location.. perfect The setting.. perfect The amenities.. Perfect. watched the outdoor tv, putt putt, had a fire in the firepit.. The view.. beyond Perfect The house.. perfect layout for 3 couples.. never any crowding, all the rooms are huge The cleaning.. Perfect.. clean, well decorated, comfortable and well stocked. I can highly recommend this home without reservation. You will love it.. it is.... Our children enjoyed the beach toys, ping pong table, fire pit, etc. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the bunk beds. It looked as if if the previous renter didn't sleep in the beds, but instead tracked sand into them and the bedding wasn't cleaned/changed. Truly, a minimal complaint as the rest of our stay was amazing. The front gate security was very welcoming and professional. The entire property is beautiful and well kept. This was our fourth time to stay at Carillon, and this, by far, was our favorite house! It was beautifully decorated, clean, well-stocked and comfy beds! Our favorite part was all of the wonderful outdoor space and toys 😊and the fire pit area was fabulous! We will definitely rent this home again. The kitchen was wonderful..especially since we were there for Thanksgiving and did a lot of cooking. Overall, it was a wonderful 8 days spent there! Only 2 things need tweaking and that’s the 1/2 bath toilet downstairs..we had to open the tank many times to re-thread the hook so it could flush..just needs to be tightened. The house is setup well for our numbers and not feel like we were always on top of each other. Love the beach front location with stairs to beach or a sandy walk with no stairs, which made it easy to get things down to the beach. We rented a golf cart for fun but don't need one. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Although, we needed instruction on using the oven properly which we got online. Would definitely come back. The little village has a good pizza place, music on Friday night and a great gift shop. We did order chairs and umbrella for setup since we like to be closer to the water. The chaise lounge setup that is included in the rental is too far from the water. ##### laurie g.
