Although there are only two bedrooms, the mirrored walls make it feel spacious and airy. The living room is perfect for lounging or taking a quick power nap on one of the soft blue sofas. The first thing we noticed was the dust on most of the surfaces. The ceiling fans had a bunch of dust on them as well. The dishwasher had brown sitting water at the bottom of it. The right side of the kitchen sink would fill up with water over time as if the grabage disposal was full or clogged and the garbage disposal didn't work so there was a smell coming from the right side of the sink drain..the pull out couch in the living room when pulled out was slanted and would not have been comfortable for anyone to sleep on...not to mention that the mattress on it had stains and tears...one of the beds in the bedrooms had a blood stain on the sheets. And the last thing...whenever we walked on the floor barefoot, it would take about 15-20 minutes of walking and our feet were super dirty...the floors were probably the worst thing about this unit...we had rented a different unit at this location and they were a lot cleaner so our expectations were let down when we rented this one. /: ##### Tatiana R. ### 4/10 Poor #### Barrett W. The dryer was broken, the stove was broken, the lightbulbs were burnt out, the bathroom sink was clogged, the toilet tank lid was broken, and the sink faucet didn't work. It is in walking distance of several restaurants and we were able to get where we needed to go quickly. I will say that it is very outdated and needs some upgrades. The washing machine took 45 minutes to fill up when washing clothes. The fridge seemed to have water dripping on the inside. And the toilet in the first bathroom took a long till to refill, so flushing took awhile. The was decently cleaned, but could’ve had more attention to cleanliness in the bathrooms. ##### Stacy G. Dec 21, 2022 #### Gulf Gate Unit 410 This unit was not the best in Golf Gate. We stayed in a different unit last year and it was very nice. Unit 410 is not well maintained. The fan blades in the bedroom are caked with dust making it unhealthy to turn on. The AC vents were very dusty and the carpet in the master bedroom is filthy. The slider in the living room is almost impossible to open, therefor not usable. There is no plunger in the bathroom sink, so you cannot fill it with water (something had already got caught in the drain). The table on the outside balcony is rusted and unattractive.
