Dealt with several maintenance issues many of which were fixed(water leak in wall, water leak in disposal, no cold water downstairs after leak fix, tvs missing power cords and remotes) and some that were not(microwave and oven unit quit working, water under kitchen floor from water leak). Maintenance visited the house 6 of the 9 days during our stay. Really liked the location but the house needs at least a couple more weeks of reno to get it back to rental shape. Asked Southern Vacation Rentals for a partial refund and the most they will refund is roughly 18%. Easily the worst vacation experience I've had in Panama City Beach in the past 25 years. ##### C.A.P V.
